Post a thoughtful and scholarly response based on and supported by BOTH required readings and research this week that addresses the following:

Question 1-Describe the cases you chose, i.e., the titles of your cases and a brief summary of each including the religious, racial, or national origin discrimination, violations of the law, and results of the suit. 

Question 2- Identify any initial missteps that might have been avoided, i.e., actions/decisions that overlooked facts, made wrong assumptions, and/or ignored circumstances that resulted in the suit being filed and/or alternative/preventative courses of action that would have protected the organization from liability from the situation. Provide a brief rationale, supported by at least one required reading.
